SMS Communications

• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Lone Star Haul & Removal, our customers, or others.
• Business transfers: If Lone Star Haul & Removal is acquired or merges with another company, customer information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Data Retention
